When looking to remodel existing office space, designers working on this exciting and innovative office project in Woodstock Studios, London, wanted to create a new look and feel without starting from scratch.  

Located in the former BBC studios on Woodstock Grove, the new design needed to harmonise with existing architectural features to create a private director’s office without reworking the entire layout and crucially, without losing the airy aesthetic. 

To help fulfil this brief, the client brought in Harrods Interior Design, a British interior design studio specialising in creative expression. Once the client was satisfied with the suggested design, they then brought in our team at Smartglass International along with a third-party contractor who helped bring the client’s design to life with featured privacy glass.  

The resulting interior partition walls deliver optional privacy while maintaining optimum light levels, enhancing the space with an impressive new office door and glass wall to create a comfortable yet commanding office, fit for the company’s CEO. 

From the outset, Smartglass provided expert technical assistance and advice to the project, enabling the client to select grey film privacy glass from samples provided – the best solution for their needs, and fitting perfectly with the overall design vision.  

This was also specified for the company’s interior meeting room window, which likewise required privacy on demand. Smartglass was then able to supply the glass and carry out site visits to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
