Privacy Smartglass recently installed at Roche HQ

Smartglass is happy to announce that is has recently installed PrivacySmartglass at Roche’s HQ in Welwyn Garden City, UK.

Privacy Smartglass allows for easy and instant permutations of space, switching between opaque and transparent at the flick of a switch.

In collaboration with Parkeray and Race Interiors, Privacy Smartglass was installed to act as a screen between the boardroom and corridor, allowing natural light to flood the space whilst retaining the option of instant privacy when it is required.

Hoffman-La Roche Ltd, the Swiss global pharmaceutical company, specialises in treatments across numerous healthcare sectors – anti-retroviral, dermatology, cancer, anti-depressants and vitamins amongst other. The Welwyn development site is home to 855 employees and provides Roche Pharma with expertise across the areas of pharmaceutical development – with a particular focus on clinical pharmacology operations and clinical trials in the areas of inflammation and virology.
