SPD Glass or (suspended particle device) glass is miracle advancement in modern glass technology that transforms translucent glass to an opaque state by simply flipping a switch. The engineering behind it all is however not as simple as the application of it. In simple terms, SPD is thin film laminate made up of miniscule rod like particles which are pendant within a liquid.
